Company Introduction:
Jiangsu NVK Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Jingmu Group, which is specialized in the research and development, sales and service of premium cat litter. The company is a modern standard factory which has scientific research rooms, advanced automatic equipment for granulation, drying, cooling, packaging, etc., and is equipped with standardized warehouses.
NVK has two production bases: The first one is focused on the production of Bentonite Cat Litter and clumping cat litter products, conquered the dust removal and deodorization technology of Bentonite Cat Litter. There are three production lines to meet the diverse requirements of customers. The other base covers an area of 50 acres and mainly produces Tofu Cat Litter & Mixed Cat Litter, which has two production lines with production capacity of 1, 200 tons monthly of Tofu Cat Litter. Two bases both equipped with automatic production lines and imported dryers, which has realized fully automatic computer batching. NVK focuses on the quality from each production step: From raw material mixing and crushing to granulation and screening, microwave drying and high-temperature sterilization; From bagging, boxing, palletizing to leaving the factory, NVK takes standardized operating procedures to control the product quality in an all-round way. Thanks to its geographical advantage ( close to raw material production base ) to achieve the best balance between price and quality. With high quality and price advantages, along with it′s own R&D, NVK has gained the favors of customers all over the world.
